$125,000 for investment
I have around $125,000 to invest. My goal is to buy as many rental properties as possible. A good rental property in my area is between $100,000 - $120,000. There are a ton of cheap $40,000 - $50,000 homes but they are trash and would end up costing a ton of money in repairs and be constant headaches.
How would you suggest I arrange the financing to get the most bang for my buck?
I know if I go the traditional route with putting 20%-25% down I will only get 4-5 properties. I was just wondering if there were any other suggestions out there.
Thanks.
