Property sale in two different years
Hi, I hope someone can answer this for me. How can a property be sold in 2020 and 2021, for 2 different prices, with a money discrepancy of $250,000.00, but it was sold to the same person, and it wasn't from refinancing. Also the sale in 2020 of said property, is not even listed on a level 3 report, yet I have a copy of the sale. I really hope someone can explain this to me. Thank you
