FHA Loans and Marraige

Hey Everyone,

I bought my first home (primary residence) in May of 2020 with an FHA loan. That loan is entirely in my name and my wife and I were engaged, but not yet married at the time of purchase. Additionally, her name is not on the house deed, only mine.We ended up getting married in October of 2021.

Since the loan and deed are entirely in my name, can my wife also qualify for an FHA loan now that we are married, or are we bound to the "one FHA loan" rule?
