Help: Subject-to Concerns

Robert Blodgett
Posted

We have 2 properties deeded / mortgaged in my children name

They want us to transfer property to our name so they can move on in their lives

Plan to quick claim deed to add our name to the deeds

Then in 6 months quick claim deed again removing children completely from the property

My wife worries that the mortgage company will call in loan if we add our names to the deed

Curious if anyone has ever had a problem with doing this

Or we have heard about insuring transaction against mortgage company calling in the loan

Would love more information on how to do a SUBJECT TO Deal
