Hello! I hope you all are having a great day and thank you ahead of time for your help.

I'm currently looking at a 5 acre property that has the following structures on the property:

Doublewide Manufactured Home (Private Septic)

  • 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath + Office (Recently remodeled kitchen/bath)
    • 1,904 Sqft
    • Carport

Singlewide Manufactured Home (Private Septic)

  • 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath
    • 924 Sqft
    • Storage Shed

Singlewide Manufactured Home (Private Septic)

  • 2 Bedroom, 1 bath
  • 672 sqft

30’x30’ Garage/Shop

2 RV Pads

  • Electricity available
  • Water available

I'm sure most of you know already that most lenders won't move forward when dealing with a manufactured home. So I'm trying to figure out how I can come up with financing that would cover about $650k.

Excited to hear what you all present for ideas!
