Cabins & Campground STR/MTR Financing Advice or ideas in NE KY?

** This is also an Opportunity Zone ** OZ Lenders - STR/MTR Commercial Lending ?

We are in the midst of purchasing a property and looking for the best ideas for financing and actual options. It is a property with numerous cabins on-site, RV spots with utilities, and camping areas. All have an income history as well. EXCELLENT credit ratings ~800, maybe 800+. Please give me your advice on how you may approach it, your opinions on the options we should most be looking at, and an idea of current rates if that is actually known in scenarios. We are only looking at a 75% loan, but we do know we are updating many areas, and the property will be refinanced shortly after with improvements, so long as the market makes sense in terms of rates and variables.

Thank you very much
