Hello, I'm actively pursuing leads for properties procured by means of seller finance or sub to. I'm just getting started and don't have a contract and unsure what all verbiage would need to be included even if I were to draft my own. Does anyone here have extensive experience with this who wouldn't mind sharing an example?
