Delayed Financing for BRRR

Is it possible to get delayed financing on a home I bought and renovated and rented with my own cash in order to get some money back quickly? And then get the rest by refinancing the delayed finance after a seasoning period? Is this possible? Or legal?

yes DFE or delayed financing exception requires no seasoning period (0 days wait) if you can document you used all of your own funds to purchase and rehab (property is free and clear). You can cash out up to max 70-80% depending on your occupancy type (prrimary/rental/second home) or depending on 1-4 unit property.
