Intra-family business setup
We are looking at buying investment properties where one family member will be the "capital partner" and the other will be the "boots on the ground" or project manager. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Curious what type of splits people have come up with or recommend on revenue if we are treating it like a PE deal. 70/30, 60/40. 80/20?
