Subject to contract template
Hello all my fellow Missouri investors. I have the opportunity to purchase a property “subject to”. I have been searching online for a Subject to contract template that I could use, but haven’t found anything online specific to Missouri. Was just wondering if any of you might have, or know where I could find, one? I have already contacted a Real Estate attorney, but just thought I could maybe get ahead of the game a little if I could find a blank template. Many thanks to you all. I rarely post, but certainly enjoy reading all your posts.
