Process of Owner Financing (Vetting)

A little stuck and need a little guidance!

*We would like to offer owner financing on one of our properties, what is the best way to vet a potential buyer?

*Also, do you have the buyer pull their own credit or does the seller? If the seller does run the credit, does the buyer have to sign a form to get permission to pull credit and vet them in general?

*How do you vet a potential buyer for a property?
