Hello all, just curious if someone has any ideas. End of 2014 I will have my second home paid off inside of an LLC which is inside of my IRA. Total worth of the two homes will be about $270k. If I leverage I can get Efirst Bank to loan my LLC 65% or $170k of both homes values. Does anyone know how to squeeze out more leverage than 65%? Thanks in advance Seth in Phoenix
