Does USAA enforce alienation clause in subject to deals?

I've been working with a seller who wants out of their property. They would like to do a subject to, and have a mortgage with USAA. We are wondering if anyone has experience with doing a 'Subject To' deal where the seller keeps the mortgage from USAA and me, the buyer, would pay the payments and hold the deed. We know some lenders are more stringent about Alienation and Acceleration clauses from transfer of deeds, whereas others don't mind as long as the balance is paid.
