Have you bought a property via subject to near Houston/Galveston?

Is there any one in the Galveston/Houston area Who's purchased a home via subject to? I would love to link up and have a conversation on how you went about the process, the proper paper work and people you needed to make it happen. I've found a seller who's agreed to sell the property subject to. I've done my research (and still researching) on how this works, but this will be my first property and I would love some tips or advice on how to properly go about it.

Thanks in advance!
