HELOC or credit stacking then buy with CASH, refi then repeat...

Market changing FAST, I believe more deals are coming so I'm thinking CASH offers gets you a lower purchase price so looking to get a HELOC on my primary. I'm also looking into credit stacking but not sure if i can pull cash off the business credit cards to close deals FAST and how that would work. Anyway would love your thoughts on BEST way to access cash fast to buy cash then refi then repeat.
