Hard Money Loan (REQUEST) in Indiana or line of credit

Hello,

This is my first post! I have been reading all of the posts on the board for some time now. My partner and I own a Real Estate company. We are expanding our business from "buying and holding" properties to rehabs. We have had trouble finding local investors to fund our deals.

We are looking for a private lender or hard money loan in Indiana. We have also considered a personal line of credit just for spare funds. We have one deal under contract and waiting to hear from the bank on another. The first deal is under contract for 31,500 with ARV of 80-85k. Repairs are estimated at 10-12k. We do have Real estate to secure the deal and also have additional investment properties.

We will have an apprasial on file within a day or two. If anyone knows a good resource to obtain a line of credit, start-up capital, or private money please chime in! Let me know if anyone thinks they can help, as we are pressed for time.
