looking for some advise.

I'm looking for some creative ways finance this deal. I have a 5,600 sqft farm house that currently coast $350,000. That rents out some units totaling $3800 monthly and brings another $2000 from the farm. This property brings in $5800 monthly but the buyer doesn't have good credit. Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be financed?
