Collection of education sources for sub to and seller financing

Hey BP!  I'm wanting to expand my knowledge of the referenced creative financing strategies.  What sources of information do you find the most valuable (books, youtube channels, podcasts, etc.....)?  Also whose courses do you think provide the best training?  TIA!

Check out Cody and Christian - Multifamily Strategy on YouTube. They both were guests on BiggerPockets Real Estate podcasts earlier this year too about seller financing and have bought nearly their entire portfolio seller financed. Cody had 24 units under his belt before being able to buy beer and both with no money down and seller carrybacks. They offer a video training series too.
