looking for additional funding

Advice needed!! So purchased a 4 plex for very little money ($20K).  The building needed major renovations, complete rehab top to bottom. When I purchased the property labor and materials were significantly lower in early 2021.   Once the rehab began, things went up and the rehab has sense exceeded my rehab and overrun budget. Due to getting the property at such a low price and help from the growing market around the building, there is still some wiggle room for when i refinance. I need approximately 50k to finish the project, ( finishing work, floors, appliances, cabinets, etc.) any ideas on how to obtain short term financing for 6-12 months to complete the rehab and  refinance out? thanks in advance!
