0% apr credit card balance transfer

Hi everyone,

I used credit cards to finance every model of rental property. Near the end the remodel the house became damaged due to a fire. I am now holding about 35k in CC balance with high payments. I need recommendations for the best type of 0% CC to transfer this balance to. There are so many zero CC cards and I don't know if the cash advance/ cash app or venom charges will affect the bottom line. Anyone has any information for me please respond.
