Accessing equity without tax returns
I currently have a 625 sq ft cabin on six acres in a great air bnb location. I need about 40k to make it fully livable (20k for septic 20k for everything after sheetrock).
I currently owe 130K on the property but in its current phase I would say it's worth 220-250K.
I've been making cash off the books in construction for a few years and just started showing more income this year.
How can I access my equity to finish the project and start generating income?
Thank you!
