Looking for a good commercial lender in Michigan

Hi BP fam

My husband and I own 3 rental SFH rental properties outright under a LLC, and we've had steady rental income for the past 3-4 years. We're looking to leverage these assets and expand our portfolio and have been looking for a good lender. A few banks have told us their commercial loans only cover 4+ properties, and we've been stuck since. Anyone got a rec for a good lender in Michigan?
