Hi all. 

In your opinion, what makes mores sense given the current und future economics conditions about inflation and a potentially recession.

Buy all cash a immediate delivery condo to rent or buy a pre sale property putting only 30% as down payment and leverage the rest with a bank credit. 

I'm concern about pre sale properties might be delayed or not deliver the properties if economics get worse
