Hi Everyone,

I’m a rookie real estate investor involved in an off market deal ,where the seller would like to use seller financing . We are in middle of negotiating terms as well as a price for the property and I would love some advice or thoughts on how to use the seller’s desire for owner financing as leverage for a better offering price and decent terms.
