BRRRR w/o affecting credit score

Britt Smith
Posted

I'm getting ready to start my first BRRRR BUT I'm curious to know how do you keep inquiries from hitting your report and potential bringing your score down?

For example, let's say I want 10 doors in a year. (Aggressive?) Anyway. How would I prevent lenders from pulling my credit over and over or is it inevitable?

Could you elaborate on the question? We do not require experience although it does help with rate. For STRs, our clients acquire the property through a 12 month bridge, finance the repairs with the same loan, then refi out into a dscr loan.
