Finding Creative Financing to purchase a campground

I'm curious to see what type of financing is available for just under 30 acre campground, with equestrian center, horse stalls, a 3 bed 2 bath house and much more!  This would be a great investment located in a fantastic area.  Just not sure how I could raise close to 1.8 million to actually look more in detail around this deal...  Thanks in advance for any help!
