No longer have W2 job - can I buy house with LLC

I no longer have a W2 job as we sold our very successful business in February. Currently I don't have a steady flow of income in as I am starting a new business venture, an ecommerce company that is an LLC. My question is, can I create an LLC for real estate investing, purchase a home, and then rent it to my ecommerce company at fair market value?

The ecommerce LLC is a partnership but I do own 80%, and the real estate LLC I would be a sole proprietor.
