5-year term, 20-year am

Hi.  I have a handful of vacation rentals and apartments.   I have a great local bank that finances all of my projects on 5-year term 20-year ams.  My problem currently is that I'm working on building a duplex in my community.  It just won't cash flow on those terms.  At 25 years it does.  And at 30 years it's even better.  Is anyone else here getting 25 and 30-year amortization on their commercial loans?
