New Constrcution of Short Term Rental
Hello, I'm curious and just looking for opinions as if it is possible to get a HML for a new construction of SFR with 0% down in northern AZ.
This is my circumstance… I own the lot free and clear. I currently have a “glamping”structure grossing over $7k a month. I’m looking to remove it and build a cabin for short term rental (Estimated cost $110k) I will self perform some work but not all. I’m in the process of pulling permits now. Based on comps in the area it should appraise between $220-250k. The property is considered rural.
Although I’m technically a new investor I do have over 10years of experience in project management/ estimating commercial GC.
