Looking for Partners

Brittany Trevino
Posted

Hey Guys!

I really need help with networking. I have 2 BRRR properties I am about to get under contract. How do you guys go about finding partners to bring cash for the down payment or rehab? I'm specifically looking for someone to bring the cash and I'll pay them interest on their money once I refinance. How did you guys structure your deals with partners? I've never used a partner before so any insight would be greatly appreciated!! TIA

I find my best private money lenders by getting out and networking at local meetups.  You can join local FB real estate investor groups, check meetup.com or find a local CREIA group.  Then go and meet people, make genuine connections.  You will find people who want to loan their money out.
