Help Us. Dream flippers

I grew up watching my mom flip, unfortunately she didn’t have time for us, and we ended up in foster care.
I have extreme goals, but I haven’t had stable good income in 2 years. But when I did, I did. I now am going to school for business admin, and I want to become a real estate agent. I have no resources to get money fast, my credit is being worked on but it’s no place close to enough.
my husband is a mechanic, but because of covid he was off and on with work (same company) differant times. I work part time go to school and have kiddos. We dream to flip. I talked to Albany hard money they couldn’t help. He suggested a private hard money lender, that can work with us starting out, yes interest will be high. We are fine with crazy interest we just want a short term loan for real estate. Some one point me in the right direction!!
