Investing through Corparate to boost financing capacity-Canada
Hi, I am based in Canada and have an investment property in my own name. If I move this property to a corporate, one that is wholly owned by myself, will it remove the mortgage liability from my credit report and hence boost my personal financing capacity? Does the policy vary from bank to bank? I am not sure if moving the property to a corporate makes sense? Thanks.
