Commercial Hard Money Options
Hello!
Our new, but quickly growing LLC just closed on its second property bringing us up to three doors in just 9 months. LUCKY for us, up to now both deals have been owner financing doing deals under market value, however we understand to really move forward we are going to need to build a relationship with lenders.
We are looking for any recommendations that would give us access to money like a HM lender would, with the option to refi on the backside post rehab into something more conventional. Call it BRRRR for a commercial entity. If anyone has any good success stories or resources for this we would love to chat!
