HELOC on Rental to purchase Rental

I am searching out the forums and have not had any luck with people getting a heloc on a paid off rental property in order to purchase another rental. My last post was taken offline because they said it was advertising, so I am wording this precariously as to not be taken offline. Most banks will only loan on your primary residence but I have always just rented. Has anyone on here ever successfully obtained a heloc on a rental property to purchase other rental property?
