Lender for 20% of asking
I’ve just started a project and low on behold , here comes another project with great margins that I do not want to pass up, however majority of my capital is tied up in my current deal. Does anyone know how I could get the initial 20% to secure remaining 80% / 100% rehab hard money . To be able to jump at this deal . I can fund origination and initial money and rehab cost.
Any advice , direction , will be greatly appreciated.
