Hello BP friends! Has anyone used Navy Federal Credit Union for an investment property loan? From the company's website, the investment property financing consist of :

  • -10K min. purchase price
  • -15% Down payment
  • -15 year term / no PMI

If you have used NFCU for this type of financing, how was your experience? I am looking to purchase an off-market property from an investor. The property is worth about 50-60K. Single Family.
