I have a sfh free and clear in stl Missouri.. What are good hard money lenders to do a refi .. Cash out or heloc..? The market is hot and i wanted to fix up my house and of course i am looking to re invest for homes for my llc

Regarding Columbus, this summer we looked at Columbus for investing in and we liked what we saw in Upper Arlington and a couple of areas just east of the Conservatory. Since you live there, are those areas that you'd recommend taking a deeper dive for posssible investing for rentals? Most of the neighborhoods east of downtown looked "more challenging" to have good rentals in.
