Rapid Funding Solutions is messing with my closing!

I have this property under contract and I am assigning my interest. 
the buyer went through a third party broker (Rapid Funding Solutions) and we could’ve had this deal closed last week but the lender said that could close on Sept, 23rd. 

We are here at 8:30pm the night before and they haven't sent the wire for the funds and haven't sent the numbers and my title company can't draw up the HUD now.

Not only did we have to wait a whole week for them, but now we are getting down to the wire and we cannot get in contact with them. No one ever answers live. It’s ridiculous. 

Any recourse? They are about to TANK my deal.
