Hi,

does anyone have experience with investing in real estate in the European Union and the financing options available from local banks? I am considering investing in multifamily about 20+ apartments in other states of EU. But I have a questions before i proceed the work and maybe someone could help me.

Is there an MLS puting together all the EU countries?

Do banks recognise income in another EU country, or I have to live in the state?

Which is the best state for cash flow and which is the best for equity?

Looking forward for your opinions
