Now it is only a question of the China as a country how they will handl it. If they let it fall, it will for sure have an inpact on the whole world economy.

It is not just 1 500 000 custumers that are waiting for their flats and homes they paid for. As you said, it is a house of cards.

- banks

- contractors

- suppliers

- carriers

And it goes down to all the other companies that are in the whole chain.

It has been just 10 days from my original post and the situation is getting worse every day… 

We will see what is going to happen there.

Hi,

does anyone have experience with investing in real estate in the European Union and the financing options available from local banks? I am considering investing in multifamily about 20+ apartments in other states of EU. But I have a questions before i proceed the work and maybe someone could help me.

Is there an MLS puting together all the EU countries?

Do banks recognise income in another EU country, or I have to live in the state?

Which is the best state for cash flow and which is the best for equity?
