Recommendations For Multifamily Property Lender (Nebraska/Kansas

We are from Colorado and are new to Multifamily property Investing. We have narrowed it down to a few places within an 8 hour drive in Lincoln/Omaha Nebraska or maybe Wichita Kansas to buy our first Multifamily under 4 unit. I’m looking for recommendations on a great lenders that can help me in and around these areas. We’d be looking for a conventional loan having 20% down payment. We currently have two single family rentals we’re gonna hold onto but want to get mainly into Multifamily. The goal is to buy additional Multifamily properties year after year. I appreciate any advice or input.

Thank you kindly, Steven
