Can I wrap and FHA loan?
Hi guys,
I have a deal im trying to structure
the home value is about 200,000
165,000 is owed on an FHA loan
I have contract for deed, contract for sale and letter of authorization.
The attorney/ title person im working with says he might be able to structure if it was VA or Conventional loan, but probably not FHA.
I dont understand.. Any help would be great. Thanks
