Insurance Recommendations for Short Term Rentals or AirBNBs

Hi BP people!

I am looking for a new insurance for a couple of my Short Term Rentals (AirBnB) properties. My current insurance is no longer covering them and I have signed on with a new company while I do some research! Thanks so much for your help in advance!

@Jennifer Gibsonthanks for posting! Always great to hear from a fellow Texan. Bigger Pockets does have some good state specific forums and Texas is their most active forum. Feel free to post there if you ever need some more "local" advice about things.

For insurance you certainly want to use local insurance agents.  An agent in Maine just won't have the options (and sometimes the license) to provide good coverage here.  But I do have some recommendations since I'm here too (if it were any other state I would tell you to post in the state forum though).
