Looking for Commercial Lending any ideas.
I have never had an issue with lending in my life but since I was so heavily involved with auto manufacturing my bankers cannot even remember my name any more. I also had and still have some residential income. My problem in one of my husbands investment companies owns the building that my Bridal shop is housed in. I want to buy this building but the bank is being a butt. I have another renter for the buildings empty space that will cover the payment and its has about 32% percent equity in the building. My problem is I have to find fast (6monthish) lending for this place so I can sell and find new financing (since the bank played like they were going to do it then dropped us) or retain this building. Real estate says I can get a buyer and easily sell for 1M so its very advantageous for me to get a deal together on this place if nothing else.
