Commercial loan question
I own a 6 plex mix-use with a commercial loan. The triplex next door may come available, can I purchase it and add it to the commercial loan?

If it's adjacent you might be able to refinance to a single loan for both properties. But since this would involve a refi with closing fees anyways I wouldn't see the point of doing so.
