does a lease help when applying for HELOC?
rental income is only calculated after 2 years on tax returns? if my DTI was hovering around the higher limits (45-48) would a signed lease or 6 copies of rent checks/deposits help with my chances of getting approved?? i dont want to wait 2 years to pull equity out of my house but with my salary now and my primary note, i think my chances of getting approved are slim....any help?
