Hi everyone,

Just a little bit of backstory, I’ve been stuck in I guess what you could call analysis paralysis for a while.

Always gravitating back to the idea of utilizing the BRRRR method but never actually jumping in. Mainly because I don't have the funds to get it done where I'm currently located. Out of state investing had a few unknowns but, after doing some research on out of state investing I've come to learn it can be lucrative if the right teams are in place. With the being by said, I am ready to move forward with it.

I do not have a realtor, contractor, lawyer etc.

So this post is the beginning steps of creating a team. Starting with a hard money lender.
