Need construction loan Ocala FL

Hello BP family,

Looking for advise on getting a construction loan and permanent mortgage.

My business partner (who also owns several properties in Florida) & I are going to be building 2 new builds (3/2s) in Ocala (estimated built value $400 K) which we plan to put as rentals.

We have most (70%) of the cash readily available within the next 2 months and wanted to see if we can get a construction loan for the 30% remaining amount which can convert into a mortgage (as high a LTV as possible so that we can redeploy funds) once the properties are rented or ready to be rented.

Please note that we are Canadian but have LP/LLCs registered in the US through which we do business and have current mortgages. Need a lender who works with Canadians!

Thanks in advance for help and advise

Sam
