USDA construction loans?

Hi everyone

Does anyone have any experience with USDA construction loans, esp. in regards to manufactured homes. The main questions I have are how soon can you sell a home after construction, and can the loan be used for the cost of connecting utilities?

I already own the lot and it’s in an area that’s eligible for USDA loans
