Hello. I have a friend with excellent credit, 800+ and make pretty good money. Any suggestions where he should go to apply for a good line of credit to do filps?

Your friend should talk to a local credit union. They typically have better terms and are easier to work with than larger banks.

Call Pen Fed Credit Union or Quorum FCU. Both have great terms on HELOC's and both will also give you a HELOC on a rental, not many lenders will do that, and these two are the best terms you will find on the rental HELOC.
